our tasks:
- To develop the social activity of adolescents, independence, responsibility;
- To create favorable conditions for self-realization of the development of organizational and leadership qualities of adolescents;
- To shape the need for interesting and productive leisure;
- To educate in children a culture of behavior in different life situations.
Stages:
- Stage 1. Theoretical
Creating a list of students at the school of volunteers.
At this stage, volunteers will get acquainted with the concept of “volunteer”, will receive the necessary knowledge of the implementation of socially significant projects. - 2 stage. Practical
Volunteers will be trained in the basics of social design, interaction, and leadership development of youth movement activists. - 3 stage. Final
Summing up the working period, encouraging active members of the squad, preparing methodological recommendations, developing projects for subsequent implementation.
