Creating a business event for retailers in the Kamchatka Territory in order to develop competitive advantages, creating a platform for interaction to exchange experience, strengthening the region’s economy.


  1. Retraining and planning. Determining the date, venue.
  2. Development of the format and concept of the event.
  3. Develop an event program.
  4. Search and attraction of speakers to participate in the conference. Organization of arrival and accommodation in Kamchatka (transfer, selection of rooms, development and implementation of a cultural and entertainment program, formation of a schedule of speakers’ speeches).
  5. Development of event style, landing page and production of printed materials (logo, corporate identity, slogan; large format printing, presentations, badges, handouts, conference participant folders, souvenir products).
  6. Organization of sales packages of participants.
  7. Event organisation. The preparation of a group of hostesses of 10 people made it possible to ensure a comfortable stay of participants on the site: registration area, navigation, work in the hall, organization of coffee breaks.
  8. Catering during the conference.
