PURPOSE:

Creating a business event for retail entrepreneurs in the Kamchatka in order to develop competitive advantages, creating a platform for interaction for the exchange of experience, and strengthening the region’s economy.

TASKS:

  1. Pre-training and planning. Determining the date, site, and needs of the target audience.
  2. The development of the format and concept of the event.
  3. Development of the event program, taking into account the identified needs of retail business representatives.
  4. Search for and attract TOP speakers to participate in the conference. Organization of arrival and accommodation in Kamchatka (transfer, selection of rooms according to the household rider of speakers, development and implementation of cultural and entertainment programs, formation of a schedule of individual consultations with business representatives).
  5. Attracting sponsors and partners of the event.
  6. Development of the event style, landing page and production of printed materials (logo, corporate identity, slogan; large-format printing, presentations, posters, tickets, badges, handouts, folders of the conference participant, Souvenirs).

RESULT:

250 CEOs of retail companies attended the industry conference.

The conference served as an impetus for the development of a number of highly specialized events for training existing entrepreneurs in various fields of activity.

The Agency for investment and business development adopted the conference scheme as a basis for developing their own training programs.

30 participants of the conference received individual consultations on business development from leading Russian speakers.

Leading Russian retail specialists Roman Tarasenko, Stanislav Klinikov, Mikhail Gusmanov, Oleg Likhachev and Ekaterina Bogacheva arrived in Kamchatka on the eve of the conference.

From the stage of the Lemonade film center, speakers presented reports on the following topics:

  • «Thoughtful pricing: a short path to profit growth» (Roman Tarasenko);
  • «Connections solve everything: how to find the right people and build relationships with them.» (Stanislav Klinikov);
  • «How lighting drives the desire to buy. Buy a lot.» (Mikhail Gusmanov);
  • «How to increase sales in the conditions of «personnel hunger» due to the «selling» store design and product placement.» (Ekaterina Bogacheva);
  • «Proper retail store marketing: sales star». (Oleg Likhachev).

An exhibition and exchange of business contacts were held in the lobby throughout the day, which gave everyone an additional opportunity to exchange useful contacts and acquire new partners.

During breaks, the participants continued to develop the topics of the speakers, talked informally over coffee and treats with invited experts and discussed the most pressing issues in the development of Kamchatka entrepreneurship and Russian retail in General.
